We are delighted to have you use the MiniGame platform and related services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided by Anhui Weiyou Interactive Entertainment Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MiniGame"). Before using the Services, please read and abide by the MiniGame Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). It is essential that you carefully read, fully understand, and accept all the terms of this Agreement, especially those that limit or exempt liability, jurisdiction and applicable law clauses, as well as separate agreements for opening or using certain services. Clauses that limit, exempt, or involve your significant rights and interests may be highlighted with bold, underlined, or other forms to draw your attention。
Unless you have fully read, fully understood, and accepted all the terms of this Agreement, you are not entitled to use the Services. Your use of the Services or any other explicit or implicit indication of acceptance of this Agreement is deemed as your agreement to sign this Agreement. This Agreement shall be legally binding between you and MiniGame and becomes a legally binding document for both parties.
If you are under 18 years old, please read this Agreement under the supervision of a legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.
1.1 "MiniGame Platform and Related Services" refers to the platform and services related to games that MiniGame owns and/or operates, including but not limited to websites (domain names including but not limited to MiniGame.com, MiniGame.cn) and various forms of clients (including new service forms that may appear with the development of future technology). This Agreement is the agreement between you (the "User") and MiniGame regarding the use of the MiniGame platform and related services.
1.2 The content of this Agreement also includes the Privacy Policy, as well as separate agreements, relevant business rules, community management standards, etc., that may apply when you use a specific service of MiniGame (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Separate Agreements"). Once these contents are officially released, they become an integral part of this Agreement, and you should also carefully read and comply with them. Your use of any service involved in the aforementioned separate agreements is deemed as your agreement to be bound by the respective separate agreement and this Agreement.
2.1 The ways you can use the Services include accessing the official MiniGame website, MiniGame official mini-program, or downloading and installing the MiniGame client through regular channels authorized by MiniGame. In third-party platforms or applications authorized by MiniGame, you can also use some of MiniGame's services through the Software Development Kit (SDK) or Application Programming Interface (API) provided by MiniGame. If you do not obtain the Services through the regular channels mentioned above, MiniGame cannot guarantee that the related services will function properly. If you suffer losses due to the use of unofficial versions of MiniGame, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, MiniGame assumes no responsibility for any compensation or indemnity.
2.2 MiniGame grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-commercial right to legally use the Services. All rights not expressly authorized by this Agreement are reserved by MiniGame. Unless you have obtained prior written authorization from MiniGame, you may not use the Services in any unauthorized manner, including but not limited to adaptation, copying, distribution, crawling, vertical search, mirroring, or trading.
2.3 MiniGame may develop different software versions for different terminal devices. You should choose to download the appropriate official version according to your actual situation.
2.4 To improve your experience, ensure the security of the services, and maintain the consistency of product functions, MiniGame may update the Services from time to time. You can choose whether to update based on your needs. If you choose not to update, some or all functions of MiniGame may be restricted or unable to function properly.
3.1 MiniGame is an internet service platform centered around games, including but not limited to: (1) game recommendations, searches, etc.; (2) game rankings, reviews, message centers, etc.; (3) auxiliary services within games provided through SDK or API; (4) user account registration, login, and maintenance; (5) user suggestions and feedback, customer service; (6) other internet services provided by MiniGame according to actual operation.
3.2 When providing certain services, MiniGame may charge a fee. In such cases, MiniGame will clearly indicate on the relevant pages and explain the fee standards, charging methods, and other information related to the services. If you use such paid services, please comply with the relevant agreements or arrangements. If you do not pay on time and in full, MiniGame has the right to interrupt, suspend, or terminate the corresponding services. You understand and agree that MiniGame has the right to independently decide on, change the fee standards and charging methods for paid services, and MiniGame reserves the right to charge for free services. If you do not accept the above modifications, changes, or paid content, you should stop using the service.
3.3 You agree and understand that MiniGame may send you advertisements, promotions, or publicity information (including commercial and non-commercial information) on its own or through third-party partners during the provision of services. MiniGame may provide you with the option to close a single advertisement message, but at any time, you may not block or filter advertising information in ways not explicitly stipulated by this Agreement or without the written permission of MiniGame. MiniGame fulfills its advertising and promotional obligations in accordance with the law, and you should judge the authenticity of the advertising information on your own and be responsible for your own judgment. Except as explicitly provided by law, MiniGame is not responsible for any losses or damages you may suffer due to transactions based on such advertising information or the content provided by the advertisers.
3.4 Third-Party Content, Information, Products, and Services
3.4.1 Except as explicitly stated, the games involved in this service are provided by third-party developers. If you use the game through this service, MiniGame recommends that you carefully read the agreement and personal information protection rules formulated by the game developer in advance; if you have any claims regarding the game (including but not limited to game rules, in-game purchases, prop redemption, etc.), you should contact the game developer for resolution.
3.4.2 To improve service content and enhance your experience, this service may involve services provided by third parties. If you use third-party services, MiniGame recommends that you carefully read the agreement and personal information protection rules formulated by the third party in advance; if you have any claims regarding the third-party service, you should contact the third party for resolution.
3.4.3 MiniGame is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, or availability of any content, products, and services provided by third parties, nor does MiniGame make any form of commitment, guarantee, or endorsement for any content, advertisements, products, services, or other information provided by third parties in this service. Moreover, you understand that the content, information, products, and services provided by third parties do not represent the position or views of MiniGame. You understand and agree that you should judge the content, information, products, and services provided by third parties on your own and bear all risks arising from browsing, downloading, and using the content, information, products, and services provided by third parties. If any dispute arises, it should be resolved by negotiation between you and the relevant third party, and MiniGame assumes no responsibility.
3.5 You understand and agree that to provide you with better services or due to changes in national laws, regulations, technical conditions, product functions, etc., MiniGame may upgrade, optimize, or change the service content, and may also interrupt, suspend, or terminate the service.
3.6 You understand and agree that MiniGame has the right to independently decide on its business strategy. In the event of a merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer of MiniGame, MiniGame may transfer the relevant assets and rights and obligations under this service to a third party; MiniGame may also transfer part or all of the services under this Agreement to a third party for operation or fulfillment after notifying you unilaterally. The specific transferee shall be subject to the notice of MiniGame.
3.7 If any of the following circumstances occur, MiniGame has the right to interrupt or terminate the services provided to you without notice, and MiniGame assumes no responsibility for any inconvenience or damage caused to you or a third party:
（1）According to the law, you should provide true information, and the personal information you provide is not true or inconsistent with the registered information and you fail to provide reasonable proof;
（2）You violate relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement;
（3）According to the requirements of laws or competent departments;
（4）For security reasons or other necessary circumstances.
4.1 The MiniGame account is a pass for MiniGame's business, and you can use the MiniGame account to access various services provided by MiniGame and its affiliated companies and partners, including but not limited to game services. MiniGame provides a registration channel for the MiniGame account so that you can better use various services. In addition, some services require you to have a MiniGame account to use them. You must not maliciously register for a MiniGame account (including but not limited to frequent registration, mass registration of accounts, etc.), and you are responsible for your registration behavior and the operations performed by the MiniGame account you registered, including taking reasonable measures to ensure the security of the account.
4.2 If the information you provide during the MiniGame account registration process is inaccurate, untrue, contains illegal or inappropriate information, MiniGame has the right not to register and reserves the right to terminate your use of MiniGame's various services. If you register for an account with false information or register an account in someone else's name without their consent (including but not limited to using someone else's name, title, trade name, avatar, or other confusing ways), or if the account name, avatar, personal profile, and other registration information and personal information contain illegal and inappropriate information, MiniGame has the right to take measures such as notifying you to correct within a time limit, suspending use, deactivating the account, etc., and reporting to the government authorities. MiniGame reminds you that to ensure the security of your account, you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and identity information provided at registration, so please fill in the information carefully.
4.3 When you undergo real-name authentication, you should provide information about yourself that is true, legal, accurate, and valid, as well as other related information, and you must not use someone else's identity information for real-name authentication. Otherwise, MiniGame has the right to terminate the service provided to you and has the right to take measures including but not limited to warning, restricting or prohibiting the use of all or part of the account's functions, deleting the account and data, and deleting related information. All consequences caused thereby shall be borne by you. If you do not undergo real-name authentication or the authentication information you provide is incomplete, you may not be able to use some MiniGame services or may be subject to corresponding restrictions when using MiniGame.
4.4 You understand and agree that, except for the rights that the relevant rights holders are entitled to according to the law, the data and records generated by your use of the MiniGame account, including but not limited to MiniGame account, login, activity, consumption records, and related statistical data, belong to MiniGame. In the event of a dispute, you agree to use the data provided by MiniGame as the standard.
4.5 Despite the aforementioned agreement, for data generated by third-party provided individual services, including but not limited to individual service login, activity, consumption records, and other product logs, product customer service records, belong to the third party. In the event of a dispute, you agree to use the data provided by the third party as the standard or determine according to the agreement you have reached with the third party.
4.6 If you use a third-party account (such as WeChat, QQ, etc.) to log in and use the services provided by MiniGame, you may also need to comply with the agreements or additional terms related to the third-party account, and the operator of the third-party account may have the right to suspend your account.
4.7 You understand and agree that you should properly keep your MiniGame account and should not disclose or share your MiniGame account with others. If you suffer from account theft due to poor custody, the responsibility shall be borne by you.
4.8 If you use MiniGame's services on behalf of an organization (such as a company, non-profit organization, or other non-individual organizations), you should obtain the organization's authorization certificate, and the authorized representative of the organization also needs to agree to this Agreement. If losses are caused to MiniGame or a third party, the organization shall bear the compensation liability according to the law.
4.9 If you find that someone is using your account without your permission or any other unauthorized use, you should immediately notify MiniGame in the manner disclosed by MiniGame and inform MiniGame of the measures needed. When you notify MiniGame, you should provide personal valid identity information consistent with your registered identity information, and after MiniGame receives your valid request and verifies your identity, it will take corresponding measures (including but not limited to suspending the login and use of the account) according to your request or in combination with the specific situation. If MiniGame causes losses to you and other users due to taking corresponding measures based on your request, you shall bear it yourself. If you do not provide valid identity information or the personal valid identity information you provide is inconsistent with the registered identity information, MiniGame has the right to refuse your request, and the losses caused to you thereby shall be borne by you.
5.1 Protecting your personal information is a fundamental principle of MiniGame. MiniGame will collect, use, store, and share your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between the content of personal information protection stipulated in this Agreement and the above Privacy Policy, and if the content of personal information protection in this Agreement is not explicitly stipulated, it shall be subject to the content of the Privacy Policy.
5.2 MiniGame will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a sound management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
5.3 For the public disclosure of your personal information, MiniGame will take security protection measures that are in line with industry standards. MiniGame will only publicly disclose your personal information under the following circumstances:
（1）With your explicit consent or based on your active choice;
（2）In compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
（3）To implement platform-related agreements and rules or privacy policies, or to protect the personal and property safety of MiniGame and its users and employees or other reasonable and necessary legitimate rights and interests.
5.4 According to laws and regulations and national standards, MiniGame does not need your authorization to share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:
（1）Directly related to national security and national defense security;
（2）Directly related to public safety, public health, and significant public interest;
（3）Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
（4）To protect your or another individual's life, property, and other significant legitimate rights and interests, which are difficult to obtain your consen;
（5）Your personal information that you have publicly disclosed to the public;
（6）Obtaining personal information from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels.
5.5 Please be aware that according to the law, sharing, transferring, or disclosing personal information that has been de-identified and ensures that the data recipient cannot re-identify the information subject does not constitute an external sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of personal information. The preservation and processing of such data will not require separate notification and consent from you.
6.1 Unless you have another agreement with MiniGame, you agree that the service is for your personal non-commercial use only.
6.2 You should use the service through methods provided or recognized by MiniGame. The rights you obtain according to the terms of this Agreement are non-transferable.
6.3 You must not use unauthorized plugins, cheats, or third-party tools to interfere with, disrupt, modify, or otherwise affect the services under this Agreement.
6.4 You must not use or target MiniGame's services for any activities that endanger computer network security, including but not limited to:
（1）Illegally intruding into others' networks, interfering with the normal functions of others' networks, stealing network data, and other activities that endanger network security;
（2）Providing programs or tools specifically used for intruding into networks, interfering with network normal functions and protection measures, stealing network data, and other activities that endanger network security;
（3）Knowing that others are engaging in activities that endanger network security, providing technical support, advertising promotion, payment settlement, or other assistance;
（4）Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts;
（5）Entering public computer networks or others' computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying, or adding stored information;
（6）Attempting to probe, scan, test the weaknesses of MiniGame systems or networks or other activities that disrupt network security;
（7）Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of MiniGame systems or websites, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, or other activities that disrupt or interfere with normal network information services;
（8）Falsifying the name or part of the name of TCP/IP data packets;
（9）Attempting to reverse engineer, reverse assemble, compile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of MiniGame systems or websites;
（10）Malicious registration of MiniGame and related service accounts, including but not limited to frequent, mass registration of accounts;
（11）Other activities that violate laws and regulations, this Agreement, the company's relevant rules, and infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others.
6.5 Without the written permission of MiniGame, no user or third party may engage in the following behaviors with the information or content in MiniGame:
（1）Using the information or content in MiniGame for the purpose of promoting their own products, increasing users for their own products, confusing the relationship between their own products and MiniGame, or other unfair competition purposes;
（2）Editing, organizing, adapting the information or content in MiniGame without authorization, and then displaying it on channels or platforms other than the source page of MiniGame;
（3）Using technical means or special recognition methods to modify, hijack, redirect, block, insert, pop up, or otherwise cause users to be unable to normally use the information or content in MiniGame;
（4）Using any improper methods such as hotlinking, redundant theft, crawling, simulated downloading, deep linking, fake registration, etc., to steal, monitor, copy, display, mirror, upload, download, use the information or content in MiniGame;
（5）Using, disseminating the information or content in MiniGame by hiding or modifying the domain name of MiniGame, MiniGame logo, MiniGame user information, or other methods;
（6）Using unauthorized access to the information or content in MiniGame for statistical purposes such as hot words, hit rates, classification, search volume, click-through rate, reading volume, etc.;
（7）Using the information or content in MiniGame for any form of sale and commercial use, or providing or allowing third parties to use it in any form;
（8）Interfering with the related data of the information or content in MiniGame, including affecting content playback volume, tampering with MiniGame data, etc.;
（9）Other illegal acquisition or use of the information or content in MiniGame.
6.6 You agree and warrant that your use of the Services shall comply with laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, public order, social ethics, and the authenticity of information, among other seven bottom lines. When using the Services to publish information related to domestic and international current affairs, public policies, social events, etc., you shall accurately indicate the source of information. You must not use the Services to create, reproduce, publish, or disseminate the following illegal and non-compliant content or inappropriate content:
（1）Opposing the basic principles determined by the Constitution;
（2）Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
（3）Damaging national honor and interests;
（4）Distorting, denigrating, profaning, or negating the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, or infringing upon the name, portrait, reputation, honor, etc., of heroes and martyrs by insult, defamation, or other means;
（5）Promoting terrorism, extremism, or inciting terrorist or extremist activities;
（6）Promoting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining national unity;
（7）Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults, and feudal superstitions;
（8）Fabricating or disseminating rumors, false information, disrupting economic order and social order, or destabilizing society;
（9）Disseminating obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, homicidal, terrorist, or crime-inciting content;
（10）Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the rights to reputation, privacy, portrait, intellectual property, or other legitimate rights and interests of others;
（11）Commercial advertisements that violate relevant laws and regulations on Internet advertising;
（12）Using exaggerated titles that are seriously inconsistent with the content;
（13）Sensationalizing scandals, gossip, or misconduct;
（14）Inappropriately commenting on natural disasters, major accidents, or other catastrophes;
（15）Content with sexual implications or enticement that is likely to lead to sexual associations;
（16）Depicting blood, horror, cruelty, or other content that causes physical or mental discomfort;
（17）Inciting discrimination against groups or regions;
（18）Promoting vulgar, kitsch, or pandering content;
（19）Content that may lead minors to imitate unsafe behaviors and violate social morals, or induce minors to develop bad habits;
（20）Engaging in violent intimidation, threats, or online violence against others;
（21）Spreading obscene language that harms public order and good customs;
（22）Other content prohibited by laws and regulations, or content that violates public policy, public order, and good customs, or may interfere with the normal operation of MiniGame, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
6.7 You must not use new technologies and applications based on deep learning, virtual reality, etc., to create, publish, or disseminate false news information. When you publish or disseminate non-genuine audiovisual information created using new technologies and applications such as deep learning, virtual reality, generative AI, or other content that may cause public confusion or misrecognition, you must identify it in a prominent manner.
6.8 You must not post information that disrupts the platform's business order, including but not limited to spam, commercial solicitation, excessive marketing information, information unrelated to the content being commented on, or information deliberately using character combinations to evade technical review.
6.9 You must not enhance or disparage the reputation or data of yourself or third parties in any manner that violates the principles of honesty and credit, nor must you use evaluation rights or other means to threaten, extort, or blackmail third parties. MiniGame may delete, block, or reset the evaluation information and data resulting from your actions in accordance with the platform's rules.
6.10 You understand and agree that you are responsible for your use of the Services and all actions under your registered account, including any content you publish and any consequences arising therefrom, and you shall bear the responsibility alone.
6.11 You are responsible for backing up any data generated by the Services. You understand and agree that if you voluntarily terminate or are terminated from using the Services, MiniGame may permanently delete your data from the server, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. After the termination of the Services, MiniGame is not obligated to return data to you.
6.12 You should understand that you need to prepare the terminal equipment (such as computers, mobile phones, other mobile terminals, etc.) related to the Services yourself and bear the required costs (such as phone bills, broadband fees, etc.).
6.13 You should understand that you should use the Services in a safe, legal, and compliant manner, and avoid distractions or violations of traffic safety and other relevant laws and regulations due to the use of the Services.
6.14 If you violate laws and regulations or the terms of this Agreement, third parties may initiate litigation against you, and relevant state agencies or institutions may impose sanctions such as fines on you. MiniGame will cooperate with investigations as required by laws and regulations and relevant state agencies or institutions, and you shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom alone.
6.15 If MiniGame discovers or receives reports from others that you have violated laws and regulations or the terms of this Agreement, MiniGame has the right to make an independent judgment and take one or more of the following measures: (1) use technical means to delete, block, or disconnect the content you publish or disseminate; (2) suspend or terminate the provision of all or part of the Services to you; (3) restrict, freeze, or terminate the use of your MiniGame account; (4) require you to eliminate the negative impact on MiniGame and other relevant parties; (5) require you to compensate MiniGame and other relevant parties for all losses.
6.16 You understand and agree that if you are complained against for infringement or you complain against others for infringement, MiniGame has the right to provide the necessary information of the parties involved in the dispute, such as the subject, contact information, and content of the complaint, to the other party in the dispute or to relevant departments in order to resolve the dispute in a timely manner and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the rights holder.
7.1 If you are a minor under 18 years of age, you should read this Agreement under the guidance of a guardian and may use the Services only with the consent of your guardian. MiniGame will protect the personal information and privacy of minors in the manner and method stated in the platform's privacy policy.
7.2 MiniGame values the protection of minors' personal information and privacy. MiniGame specially reminds you to enhance your protection awareness and exercise caution when publishing content that includes minors. You should obtain the consent of the rights holder to display the portrait, voice, and other information of minors and allow MiniGame to use and process such content related to minors in accordance with this Agreement. If the relevant content infringes upon the rights of minors, MiniGame has the right to handle the content and notify you as appropriate after receiving a notice from the rights holder or for other considerations to protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors.
7.3 MiniGame will work together with guardians to protect the physical and mental health of minors. If you are a guardian, you should also fulfill your guardianship obligations, pay attention to the network security of minors, and guide minors to use the network healthily and reasonably. Minors should use the network correctly within a reasonable range under the supervision and guidance of their guardians, develop good internet habits, and avoid becoming addicted to the virtual online space.
7.4 Young users must abide by the "National Youth Internet Civilization Convention":
（1）Be good at online learning and avoid browsing inappropriate information;
（2）Engage in honest and friendly communication and avoid insulting or deceiving others;
（3）Enhance self-protection awareness and avoid arranging meetings with online friends casually;
（4）Maintain network security and avoid disrupting network order;
（5）Be beneficial to physical and mental health and avoid indulging in the virtual world.
7.5 Special notice for guardians:
（1）If your ward uses the Services, as a guardian, you should guide and supervise the registration and use of the ward. If your ward applies for a MiniGame account, MiniGame has the right to consider that they have obtained your consent.
（2）Your ward may use functions such as recharge and payment when using MiniGame. As a guardian, please keep your payment devices, payment accounts, and passwords safe to avoid your ward using recharge, payment, and other functions through your MiniGame account without your consent.
8.1 The intellectual property rights of the content you generate while using the Services belong to you or the relevant rights holders. Unless otherwise specified or stipulated by law, the content and information (including but not limited to web pages, text, images, audio, video, charts, product scores calculated based on MiniGame's unique analysis model, and other data information) provided by MiniGame in the Services, the infrastructure and platforms used to provide the aforementioned content and information (including but not limited to software, websites, applications, etc.), the commercial logos, commercial images, slogans, and other intellectual property used in the Services,and all data and materials generated in the development, operation, and maintenance of the Services belong to MiniGame.
8.2 You understand and agree that the content (including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, animations, etc.) you upload, submit, store, or publish while using the Services is original or has obtained legal authorization. The intellectual property rights of any content you upload, submit, store, or publish through MiniGame belong to you or the original copyright holder, and your upload, submission, storage, or publication will not infringe on the intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests of others. If any infringement issues arise due to the content you upload and publish through MiniGame, you will bear all the responsibility.
8.3 You understand and agree that to enhance the influence of the content you upload and publish, MiniGame has the right to share and promote the aforementioned content and use it in various forms of products and services of MiniGame, including but not limited to websites, software, mobile terminals, or other forms of products, applications, and services. When you provide such content, you grant MiniGame a worldwide, free, non-exclusive, sublicensable right, including the rights to copy, translate, compile, disseminate through information networks, adapt, and create derivative works, performances, and displays. You agree that MiniGame has the right to use, or license third parties to use, in any promotion, advertising, marketing, activities, machine learning, and research related to the content or the Services, and can also develop all or part of the content in other ways. The rights granted above include the right to use, copy, and display your personal image, portrait, name, trademarks, service marks, brand, name, logo, and company marks (if any), as well as any other brand, marketing, or promotional assets, materials, etc., that you own or are licensed to use and embedded in the content. Your authorization to MiniGame does not change the ownership and intellectual property rights of the published content and does not affect your exercise of legitimate rights over the published content.
8.4 If a third party reprints or copies the content published by users on MiniGame for non-commercial purposes and outside of MiniGame, they must indicate the original author's name (or the account name used by the original author on MiniGame) in a prominent position at the beginning of the main text of the work, provide the original link, state 'Published on MiniGame,' and must not modify the work. If the work needs to be modified or used for commercial purposes, the third party must contact the user for separate authorization and use the content in the manner specified by the user.
8.5 The intellectual property rights of the above and any other content included in the Services are protected by law.
8.6 You confirm and agree to authorize MiniGame to take independent and autonomous rights protection actions and obtain full compensation in its own name or entrust professional third parties for infringement of your uploaded, submitted, stored, or published content (including derivative works). The forms of rights protection include but are not limited to: monitoring infringement, sending rights protection letters, initiating litigation or arbitration, mediation, settlement, etc. MiniGame has the right to make independent decisions and implement rights protection matters.
9.1 The Services may be interrupted, delayed, or interfered with for unknown periods due to uncontrollable reasons during use. You agree that MiniGame is not responsible for any claims related to the aforementioned interruptions, delays, interference, or similar failures. The "uncontrollable reasons" referred to here are objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome, or avoided and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics, and storms, as well as social events such as war, riots, and government actions.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MiniGame is not responsible for any damage caused to you or any other person due to the inability to access or use the Services for the following reasons:
（1）MiniGame suspends or terminates the Services due to system or software and hardware maintenance or upgrades;
（2） Delays or failures in the systems or network communications not owned or controlled by MiniGame;
（3） Termination, cancellation, or expiration of contracts or other agreements between MiniGame and any third-party product and service providers;
（4）Errors or interruptions caused by hacker attacks or similar security impacts;
（5）Failures in your or MiniGame's equipment, systems, software, hardware, and communication lines;
（6）Your improper operations;
（7）Your use of the Services through unauthorized means by MiniGame; or
（8）Other reasons beyond MiniGame's reasonable control.
9.3 The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any form of warranty or endorsement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MiniGame does not acknowledge any express or implied warranties, conditions, or other agreements, nor does it make any guarantees, commitments, statements, or warranties regarding: (1) the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any content obtained through the Services or via the Services; (2) whether there are defects, errors, viruses, vulnerabilities, or other harmful elements in the Services or the servers carrying the Services; (3) whether defects in the operation or functionality of the Services will be corrected; (4) guarantees related to specific functions of the Services, or whether any information obtained by you (or any other person) when using or accessing the Services is reliable, high-quality, or accurate; (5) whether the Services are safe and error-free; and (6) whether the Services are reliable, high-quality, accurate, available, or can meet your needs, produce specific results, or achieve specific outcomes or results. MiniGame is not responsible for any losses or damages caused by full or partial reliance on, use of, or interpretation of the Services, or by information obtained by you (or any other person) when accessing and/or using the Services.
9.4 MiniGame has the right to handle illegal and non-compliant content as stipulated in this Agreement, but this right does not constitute an obligation or commitment of MiniGame, and MiniGame does not guarantee to discover illegal and non-compliant behavior in a timely manner or to take corresponding actions.
9.5 Under no circumstances should you easily trust online information involving loans, requests for identity information, or other property-related information. For property operations, please verify the identity of the other party first and always pay attention to MiniGame's tips on preventing fraud.
9.6 You understand and agree that when you register for an account or use the Services, if MiniGame finds that your account may have abnormal situations or risks such as fraud, MiniGame has the right to re-verify your account according to relevant laws and regulations and take corrective actions within a time limit, restrict functions, suspend use, close the account, prohibit re-registration, and other disposal measures stipulated in this Agreement according to the risk situation. In the process of providing you with the Services, if MiniGame finds clues or risk information related to fraud or other illegal and criminal activities, MiniGame has the right to transfer to public security, financial, telecommunications, cyberspace, and other competent departments according to national regulations based on the type and extent of the fraud risk. When using the Services, please keep your personal account and password properly, do not illegally buy, sell, rent, or lend your personal account. If MiniGame finds that your account may have abnormal situations or risks, it has the right to re-verify your account according to relevant laws and regulations.
9.7 You understand and agree that in order to comply with national laws and regulations, maintain public order and good customs, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of others, MiniGame will make every effort within its capabilities to judge the content posted by users according to relevant complaints or notices, but does not guarantee that MiniGame's judgment will be completely consistent with the judgment of judicial authorities and administrative organs, and you have understood and agreed to bear the consequences arising therefrom.
9.8 If the entirety or part of the aforementioned exclusion or limitation clause conflicts with national laws and regulations, the conflicting part may not apply. Nothing in this Agreement affects the statutory rights you are entitled to as a consumer.
10.1 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (Mainland) (excluding conflict of laws).
10.2 The place of execution of this Agreement is Siming District, Xiamen City, People's Republic of China.
10.3 If any dispute or disagreement arises between you and MiniGame, it should first be resolved amicably through negotiation; if negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or disagreement to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place of execution of this Agreement (i.e., Siming District, Xiamen City, China).
11.1 In order to provide you with better services or due to the need for changes in national laws and regulations, regulatory policies, technical conditions, product functions, etc., MiniGame may revise the content of this Agreement. The revised content of the Agreement will replace the original Agreement on the date of effectiveness of the revision. At the same time, MiniGame will remind you to pay attention to the updated content of the Agreement in an appropriate manner (including but not limited to pop-up windows, SMS, email, site notifications, website announcements, etc.) so that you can understand the latest version of the Agreement in a timely manner. If you have objections to the updated Agreement, you should stop using the Services on the date of effectiveness of the revision; if you continue to use the Services, it is deemed that you have accepted the updated Agreement.
11.2 MiniGame reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of the Services if necessary, and will announce in advance before suspension or termination, and MiniGame will protect your legitimate rights and interests in accordance with the law. You may not claim compensation from MiniGame for not being able to continue using the account, materials, etc., due to the suspension or termination of the Services.
11.3 The titles of all terms of this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and have no substantive meaning and cannot be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this Agreement.
11.4 Regardless of the reason for the partial invalidity or unenforceability of any term of this Agreement, the remaining terms remain valid and binding on both parties.
11.5 This Agreement may exist in multiple language versions. If there is a conflict between other language versions and the Simplified Chinese version, the Simplified Chinese version shall prevail.
